Turn a meeting discussion into a shared board

Make the discussion inspectable

A shared board gives a Rooms meeting a common artifact to examine. Ask an assistant or connected agent to present a comparison, outline, or explanation, then check it together. The point is to give people something concrete to correct while the relevant context is still in the conversation.

Ask for structure and evidence

For a decision, try: ‘Compare option A and option B against cost, implementation effort, and reversibility. Separate facts from estimates. Leave unknowns visible.’ For a technical explanation, ask for components, dependencies, and the source of each important claim. An attractive layout is not evidence that the contents are right.

Review before acting

Read the important details out loud or point them out to the room. Correct an assumption, narrow the decision, and ask the agent to update the board. Confirm the audience before presenting content from a personal agent. Shared room teammates and outside personal connections can have different visibility behavior.

A board is a working artifact

A decision draft becomes a team decision only when people accept it. An action-item board becomes completed work only when someone performs and verifies the action. Creating a board does not by itself send an email, file an issue, update a document in another service, or publish a deck. Verify any separate action in its destination.
